I don’t know about the another customer complain about the service here but to me it been my 2nd times and my 2nd glasses and they are still the best. I went to 2 different places during this and they were the worst and not close to this shop quality. I still recommend this shop for my choice. You just need to book appointment first before come because they very busy and they always take time with each customer. PS. I not speak Chinese and my English is not my mother tongue but I still communicate with their staffs just fine and clear.

I love this place it is my go too when purchasing glasses! Ben who works there always helps me . He is exceptional and knows what looks good on me. Ben is super knowledgeable and always happy to see me. The owner is always friendly and inviting they really know how to treat a person. I feel like part of the family when I go there!! Highly recommend this store! Thanks for the great service!

My experience with the staff here was fairly unpleasant. To start off they aren't the most welcoming or friendly when entering. Upon looking at glasses and browsing the selection. To my shock was asked if I could afford these Gucci frames I was interested in.Would not recommend this or any of their locations.

*Don't waste your time and money at this place.*Extremely rule and very Unprofessional service from the management to front staff, they gang up and talk down to you. After they gave a quote and we said we have to think about it since we don’t have any cover, they throw the paper down in a smash in front of you face and said “they are not buying, just put it away “to the girl, too bad I do understand perfectly Mandarin!*They also refuse to give a copy you your prescription information so that you cannot purchase glasses anywhere else.* I would give a big ZERO to this business. I never ever come back!

Provide services for glasses, contact lens, and eye exam. They don't have rigid gas permeable contact lens here however. Their service is medium speed as there are some wait times, but time to produce the glasses is very quick, I often get a call between 1-3 days and they will have the glasses ready for pickup. They provide cleaning chemicals, bags, as well as starter contact lens solution. Staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I've been going to this shop for my prescription glasses for a few years now and the staff have always been super helpful, responsive and quick.We are also very grateful for Dr. Chen's (sp?) help, his thoroughness and careful practice. Because of his recommendation, my mom was able to get cataract surgery which will improve her eye sight dramatically. My mom has always had extremely bad eye sight and she has seen various doctors over the years for prescription glasses. Everyone has given her the prescription and sent her on her way. No one has thought to mention or look further into her eye issues.Without any prompt, Dr. Chen conducted a very thorough eye examination on her and admitted that he cannot allow her to purchase prescription glasses until he has checked with another specialist. My mom didn't even know cataract surgery was an option, no one has ever told her about it until her consultation with Dr. Chen. As such, we are very happy with the service we received at this location and would recommend it.

Let me start off by saying, every pair of glasses I have ever gotten from here has broken (typically leg) within 2 years. On top of that, Dr. Tomita is the least healthcare professional I have ever met. I brought up my concerns about dry eye and a high prescription with him over 2 years ago, and he told me it was normal and brushed off my concerns. He refused to even look at my eyes, aside from checking my prescription. I now see an ophthalmologist monthly because of the damage he has done over the years, and am in the midst of filing a complaint with his regulatory college.The front store staff are always quite friendly though and very happy to help you find glasses that look and feel great on you. That is the only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of 1.if you value your eyesight and optical health DO NOT GO HERE'response to owner's response: It is interesting you say that considering that I've brought up my concerns with the optometrist at least 6 times over the last 2 years. Your response is appreciated, however your service is no longer required. I have found an actual competent eye care team.

Thai deserved 10 stars! His customer service was beyond excellent! I am disappointed that I only knew this place now and wasted my time and money in other stores. My friend referred me to Thai and my son and I are both very happy with him. He sent us right away for eye exam when we arrived, no waiting time. He is very friendly, generous and very skillful, he will not let you go unless you are highly satisfied and happy. Eye glasses here are affordable and high in quality. Thai is very patient and having fun showing us frames to choose from. Shout out to Thai! Thank you so much and hope to see you again! We are definitely coming back and will spread good words. Other staff are also very accommodating.

My family and I have been going to Regent Optical for our eyewear needs for around 20 years, we feel like family.My recent visit is no exception and the glasses for my son were ready in an hour as I was taking lunch break to go there! If you are in a hurry to get your eyes glasses done quickly, you can visit Regent Optical.My biggest impression of this visit was that the owner, Mr. Wong saw one side of my eye red, he’s showing care and got me in to see the doctor right in that afternoon.Dr. Teresa Wong that I saw was really nice, professional and gentle, she carefully checked my eyes and prescribed me some prescriptions and schedule me for follow up every 3-4 days. She’s definitely a good role model for the many staff among the group. Majority staff are very nice, but some are still showing the efforts to communicate in an appropriate way to the clients.The store is tidy, product selection is wide, always busy but still get help in a manner of time.Highly recommended!
