Such wonderful service, started with a kind receptionist who was friendly and welcoming. Tania was fantastic and extremely professional while doing my first ever hydrafacial! I loved the experience and can't wait to go back!!!!

Went in for a consultation and was made to feel like I wasted time coming in at all and told I'd have to live with my scars i wanted removed basically. Which is fine if it can't be fixed but why even book someone in when they knew what i was showing up for. Also told to have a tummy tuck for fixing a piercing scar which I felt was an unessesary comment and had nothing to do with what I wanted done. Left wishing I never went.

I have been seeing Dr. Macleod for a few years now to have botox for frown lines and to treat my Hyperhidrosis, as well as dermal lip filler treatments and I always leave happy with the results.Dr. Macleod is always super nice and ready to answer any questions I have. She is also very honest and has prevented me from going overboard with my lip fillers.The fact that she offers a dental block (freezing) before the lip filler is a huge plus for me and could be for anyone hesitant to have lip filler done due to the pain.I have nothing negative to say about UCosmetic and highly recommend.

I’ve been going to UCos for years. Beautiful clean clinic and all staff are well-versed in patient education. Jessica at reception is so welcoming and Tanya and Teresa make all treatments feel comfortable and easy.

If you love yourself and your skin, don't waste your time and money. My experiences in all visits were bad. They don't care about their patients. There are much better, reasonably priced and truly professional places in Kingston.

I’ve been meaning to write a review on Dr. Macleod for a while. I started seeing her for Botox over a year ago and recently had some filler (4 days ago). I love everything she’s done. The Botox was always impeccable, she never over did it, always listened and took note of my concerns and desires. She was also the fastest administer that I’ve ever had. And if you’re anything like me, finish up with the needle is the best part. I’ve lived in many places (Montreal, San Francisco and NYC) to name a few, and have been getting Botox in all these place (and more) for 15 years and Dr. Macleod is by far the best Dr. I’ve ever had. As for the filler, this is my first time getting it and I have nothing to compare it to but have to say...I look f-ing phenomenal! My face looks beautiful and again she took note of my concerns and didn’t over do it, nor did she try to convince me to do more. I was very sad to read the negative review both for that poor girl and for Dr. Macleod because my experiences with her over the past year have been wonderful. She’s energetic and enthusiastic, lovely to chat with, has always done a brilliant job on my face and has been respectful of my concerns and desired effect! I will be returning!

I’ve been seeing Shayla for almost a year now doing tattoo removal. She is the kindest, most welcoming, funniest aesthetician and I’m so glad I met her. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and informative! Despite the pain of tattoo removal, I actually look forward to my sessions so that I can see shayla. I cannot sing her praises enough!!

Love Dr. Macleod and her staff. Always pleasant and professional. She is an expert in her field and feel very comfortable in her hands. I would highly recommend their services.
