I came to Dr. Chow to treat my lower back pain. He not only provided me with a great treatment session for immediate relief but also worked with me to build better long-term habits through stretches and exercises for my back. Overall, I found Dr. Chow to provide great patient care with an approachable communication style in the way that he answers questions and gives explanations for his treatment plans.

Dr. Derek Chow is the best Chiropractor I have ever met. I had neck pain for so many years and have tried so many different treatments and can’t get a good result. I had never visited a chiropractor before, but had been a regular at Dr. Chow's clinic for massages since I lived right beside the office. When I started experiencing some less than normal back problems I was a bit uneasy about the process of seeing a specialist, but forced myself to do it. My first appointment went really well. Dr. Chow is a natural when it comes to making you feel comfortable, safe, and informed about the treatments he intends to give you. I felt empowered as a patient, and had each and every one of my questions answered thoughtfully and with great detail.Besides his excellent source of up-to-date knowledge and expertise in his field, Dr. Chow has an awesome personality and is simply fun to be around. While I have recently moved and am now much further away from his clinic than before (it can sometimes take me 40 minutes by car), I have no intentions to stop commuting to see him should I ever need to make an appointment.Always a great experience, and excellent service! Angel, the front desk receptionist, is also super friendly and fun to talk to!
