We recently hired Westminster lift truck for our project at City Center 2 in Surrey. We rented equipment and used their forklift and pallet jack services. The service was unparalleled. They gave us a time showed up, the way the equipment was delivered and the service given was something I have never experienced. They put you at ease. Communicate exactly what you will charged and work to ensure they meet all their deliverables. Thank you for all you did for us @ captains Oven!!!!!!! Outstanding!!!

I love this company and their employees. I was able to get my forklift serviced at my place at my convenience for a great price. The technician was clean friendly and was able to explain to me the issues and how to prevent them from happening again. Thank you for your honesty and great customer service.

Got hung up on 2 by Nancy after asking to speak to parts department for our pallet jack.We needed the batteries to get it running and there is no customer support for our Heli DC15.

Possibly the worst service and management. After the purchasing a unit here this company doesn't care. Waiting 3 months for items to be repaired promised on the purchase. Then they repaired one item and caused other problems. Now I have no back up siren and lights. Maybe I have been to patient with their run around and inability to schedule the final repair. DONT PURCHASE OR SERVICE HERE

I have known Nancy & her team for years. They are the most quickest, reliable and fair, shop around. Service is consistently above and beyond expectations. Joey, one of their lead techs is a wealth of knowledge and always provides great insight on keeping our machines running in peak condition.Katie, their rentals coordinator has gotten me out of many jams before by sourcing last minute trucks due to breakdowns. Alex, their parts supervisor is always quick to get back to us with ETA's for orders and Trisha, the service coordinator always ensures we're looked after as well.The entire Westminster Lift Truck team is a great crew to work with!
