Some of store clerks I talked over the phone were helpful and friendly which I appreciate. But when my husband went to pickup my order, two ladies at the counter just ignored him and just having chitchat. The worst customer service ever. He had to go to other counter to get assistance. If you are looking for stationery and office supplies, I would recommend everyone to use other stores. You may not even able to pickup your order or have to wait for employees finish enjoy gossiping.

The staff here are pretty hands-on and always willing to help and answer questions. I've been coming here for many years, and I'm yet to encounter a staff member that rubbed me the wrong way.I think their store layout could be so much better, though. It's easy to miss out on essential items they carry in the store because of its current arrangement.A great + new feature is an instant print picture booth they have. With this new technology, you can print pictures from your phone, and it comes out decent! The current and only size available right now is 4 X 6 inches.When I tried online printing on the Staples Copy-print site, there were too many hiccups as it relates to the quality of the pictures. Once I came into the store, they resolved it carefully, and I was satisfied.

Giving it a 5 star because, as a first timer there, I didn’t find everything easy but thankfully there was a very friendly and willing-to-help female staff there who helped me understand the system and how the machines worked. I was able to leave there satisfied. All other staff I communicated with were also very helpful. Great organization and orderliness. Left fulfilled.

Went to buy an office chair today. No body was there to help to find a product for me. Finally one guy came and asked me what do u want . Then I point out couple of chairs and asked the price and guy said he doesn’t know the price then he told me wait he will come back with the price. I waited there for 30 minutes and guy never showed up. So I decided to leave the store then I saw he was just chatting with his coworkers and laughing on something else. Worst store ever. Don’t expect help from workers there. They are just there to chill.

I came there to fax. 1st thing staff was very unhelpful. Last who was there was not wearing badge. She told me you need to do it yourself. Then price was wrong. Fax per page price written was 1.50 but she told me 2 dollar at the counter and said you need to pay that without any apology. 0 star rating.

Neat and well organised store, my only issue is with the pricing. Few items are way higher than the market standard. The staff is courteous and helpful. The billing was smooth and they do give a bit of discount if you are purchasing for commercial establishment or office.
