Staff are unhelpful and decided to close early. Perhaps the business hours are different than what Google displays because of covid, but who really knows. Also, they seem to be out of touch with what the call center provided as information. Overall, this place was a disappointment.

I had the WORST service at this place today. I went in to upgrade my phone, there were 3 staff and two were helping one lady. The guy in the back was apparently the only one to speak English and he refused to help me!!! He said he was busy on the phone doing a deactivation and couldn't help until he was done (and I had already waited at least 10 minutes). How unprofessional and I felt discriminated against because I did not know french. I will NEVER step foot in this place again.

I experienced one the worst customer service experience at this place. I came for a phone renewal and they made me wait for almost 2 hours and after they told me I needed to show they my badge or a paycheck to show proof of employment. The guy that I was dealing with was very rude and unprofessional and he did not want to listen and I when came he could have told me i needed a badge or proof of employment but he did not but after 2 hours, i had to leave very unsatisfied after wasting about 2 hours for nothing. this place needs to treat customers better.
