Brent and his team are professional, efficient, flexible and do great work at a fair price.

We recently purchased a short term rental and needed some work done. We were referred to County Upgrades. Brent the owner came and listened to our concerns and everything we wanted. As with any renovations comes change and he was incredibly flexible and easy to work. We ended up having our deck done with them and it is absolutely gorgeous!! The craftsmanship of work did not disappoint. Not only were Brent and his team very professional they were extremely friendly and always responsive. We would love to work with them again and will definitely be using them for any future upgrades. Thanks again Brent and team. We look forward to meeting again someday.

My rating is not for the quality of their work, because I didn't get the chance to experience it, but rather their dismissal of returning to us about our project. I chased our contact a few times, followed up for a few weeks and never heard back. It's been a year. I guess they're too busy or just not interested in our business.

We had County Upgrades build us a deck last summer. It was beautiful work, at a fair price, and was finished on schedule. Very rare in the trades. Their workers are professional and polite as well. I've referred many friends to them and everyone has been very impressed. I highly recommend them!

I was recommended by a neighbour to connect with Brent and his team at County Upgrades. When we needed an emergency work order completed, Brent was able to personally connect with me and get a better idea of the nature of the work. Suffice to say he was very transparent and professional when it came down to the details.He was able to put together a team and construct a utility shed for my property and the quality of his work shows. Although there were circumstances out of our control (supply chain issues), Brent was able to reach out to me immediately and offered alternative solutions to meet the deadline.Although that project had been completed, there was also another project that needed to be handled immediately. There were a few holes, including a 4' x 8' hole in our ceiling from a previous contractor that needed to be addressed immediately. Again, Brent and his team stepped up to the plate and was able to complete the job in such a small timeframe.The team at County Upgrades is second to none and I look forward to connecting with them once again in the future for the next project.

We had County Upgrades tile our basement bar and mudroom area. The company was great to work with and always responded quickly to questions we had throughout the process. We needed to reschedule the job unexpectedly and they did everything they could to accommodate our schedule. They went above and beyond by moving our entire bar out of the space and back again once the tile job was complete. The attention to detail was amazing and the tile job spectacular. There was a level of customer service that you just don’t see very often these days. Would recommend Brent and his entire Country Upgrades team in a heartbeat.

Brent was so great to work with. His price was fair and his teams quality is second to none. I’m a contractor myself and am OCD when it comes to quality and I was impressed by the workmanship his team provided. Another thing I loved was how Brent provides an updated spreadsheet of the job so the cost is always communicated which is nice cause with construction there’s always something that comes up that’s unexpected. County Upgrades built us a guest house on our property and we could not be happier with the results and the entire process.
