Hôtel - Auberge La Grande Maison et Spa

We had a great time at the Auberge La Grande Maison. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The spa was new, clean and awesome, best way to relax after a day at Massif Charlevoix. We could even drink in the baths! The room was clean and lovely. The included breakfast was really good and perfect to start the day. On a negative side, the mastress wasn't really comfortable.

Very welcoming hotel! Our room and bathroom were very well kept only little comment would be our pillows were a bit uncomfortable but the spa was great before a big day skiing and the staff was super friendly! Thank you Mimi!!

This charming inn ticks all the boxes between the friendly staff and owners, great location and excellent amenities. I woundn't stay anywhere in Baie Saint Paul.

chose la grande maison mostly for the spa. Room was very humid, unconfortable bed and many other little problems. The spa has black spots (mold) all around. Breakfast was nice. Location is perfect.

Beautiful location, the room was a bit small but we had our own bathroom and ac which is great. Service was good and prompt. The breakfast was decent nothing special. The included spa was nice and well taken care of.

We fell in love with Baie St Paul and what stood out to us the most was the staff in the hotel.Mishka was wonderful from the day we called to book - she was very helpful with giving us useful information and was super friendly.When we arrived she greeted us with a smile and with more useful information. The hotel has a homely feel to it - the room was very quaint and clean.The breakfast staff were the best part - Nicholas and Geneve (apologies if I am misspelling these names) - super friendly, kind and humble. They greeted us each morning with a smile and genuine interest to have a conversation. They also remembered special requests such as tea instead of coffee etc. and those small things really made us feel welcomed.The owner is also super friendly - we really felt welcomed by him.If you want to get away from every day life and routine and be lost in a beautiful and magical city - Baie St Paul is your place with this very charming hotel.

Beautifully located auberge in the heart of Baie-St-Paul. Trees artistically lit up at night in front of the auberge, the best breakfasts (blueberry crepes with fresh fruits and cheese), quaint rooms and the most amazing sauna/hot tubs in the middle of the auberge. Drink service at the tubs just tops everything off. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience! It's a wonderful, homely, cozy Victorian hotel in it's own right, with wonderful attentive service... and yet on top of that, they offer a truly magnificent spa included with your stay! Sauna, baths of varying temperatures and a supremely relaxing firepit lounge to top it all off. Absolutely amazing! We're definitely coming back here. Well worth the half a thousand kilometers driven in the middle of winter!

Friendly staff speak English/french. Amazing hot warm pools. The room we had ac and was hard but good bed (I normally prefer soft beds) was a great experience would stay there again everything in walking distance.
