It's a gas station that's difficult to exit from if you want to go east on 96th; otherwise, it's perfectly fine.

Staff here are very welcoming. The place is very clean and well lit. Definitely feel safe coming here even late at night. Great location with easy access as well

I've gotten gas here numerous times in addition the mini-mart has some great options for quick snacks and little things you might need to pick up the people that run it are also Pleasant and helpful I always go back when I visit Canada it's convenient
