I ordered a loaded wrap and they took two loaded wrap orders, Even they didn’t have enough rice for one wrap, i was looking to that guy who was making the wrap, he just put bit rice in both wraps, and when i said don’t take order if you don’t have rice he said i can add something else then he added lettuce and tomato, and i said don’t take order if you don’t have stuff, then they said do you want refund, i said NO because if i said yes, they thought we are coming for refunds. Next time please take orders if you can make it properly. We spend money for good food, don’t wana waste our money.And customers check your food before leaving the place.This loaded wrap has nothing to say loaded.Very disappointed

2 coffees 3rd in line takes 10 minutes.The beepnside are constant.Windows are ghastly and tables are sticky. These poor employees need help from ownership. U.derstaffing is killing the timmies experience.

This Tim Hortons is the worst one in this city the employees there don’t know proper English so it’s sad having to repeat yourself or have messed up orders and get charged for something else. the workers here mess up my order every time I go there what if I went to Pakistan and worked at McDonald’s knowing nothing of that language they at least bothered to fix our order by giving us more drinks this restaurant just screws itself over

Service and public health concern!!!Very disappointed as they took the order in without checking if they had the ingredients and ended up giving us the wrong item. Which was still ok but the Loaded bowl that we ordered was of sub-par quality and the portion size was bad - the staff later got back to us saying they didn’t have enough rice to make it.More importantly, the staff member preparing our food was using his wrist to clean his runny nose while working at the kitchen. This is unprofessional, unhealthy, and a health and safety concern.
