Got in a nasty accident. These guys were fantastic. From the tow truck driver Sam who took great care of me, to the great staff at their location, they helped make the experience easier.I can't recommend them enough.

Just witnessed this driver of the tow truck driving erratically and getting into a road rage with an innocent driver and swearing at him. and have it all on dash cam(hence how I found this company) Do not use this company. Might even forward the video to authorities.

Should be a zero! Wish I could show my video of your driver driving right up my back end eventhough I was doing speed limitThen trying to go around me in the left by cutting through a left turn lane at the lights and then swearing at me and giving me the finger.

Last week my daughter had an accident, first person we met was Neil , he was honest and professional, he gave the short and honest advice which I totally followed. This is by far the BEST towing company in Mississauga -- not only are the staff and workers at Affordable super friendly, they're also trustworthy and reliable, two VERY important traits for anyone looking to get a towing/repair service. I honestly couldn't imagine dealing with any other towing company in Mississauga after dealing with Affordable -- If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

A few days ago my car was totaled and I was alone and a little stunned by it. Neil from Affordable Towing was on the scene. He was kind, courteous and very professional. He explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. I would say he went above and beyond- making sure I was comfortable at Royal auto collision until my husband arrived and then giving him an explanation also. Thanks Neil for making a bad experience much more tolerable.
