I met Richard 3 weeks before I needed a suit for my wedding ceremony. We met in a co-working space in the condo building without any suit being stored there. He simply let me choose the style, color at his tablet. When he told me that they can make it in 2 weeks from Thailand I simply took it as a sales pitch but I finally still let him make it because of other reasons. To my surprise, 16 days later (including some weekend delay which is reasonable) he did really make it. I tried the suit and Richard helped me adjust a bit and clean it. At the beginning when the suit was fresh out of the box, I felt the pick stitch pretty stick-out. But after they watched and cleaned it, the pick stitch was not as noticeable so I got relieved. The suit fitted me perfectly. The material they used was in high quality. I really want to take the chance to thank Richard again for the amazing product and service!

And looking back now, it's one of the best decision I have made around my wedding arrangement!Fari Hara offers a perfect combination of atheistic taste, broad variation of customization options on every detail on the suit, pricing, and of course, the quality and perfect looking of the suit!Richard himself is also a humorous person with good atheistic taste and high execution power. Due to the global supply delay, my customized shirt won't arrive on my wedding day. Richard paid out of pocket for 2 shirts plus tailoring until my satisfaction, and he even drove to my house to deliver himself one day before my wedding!I was thrilled with the product and service from Fari Hara and Richard, and I'd highly recommend to everyone in Toronto.

Richard was patient and well versed in his presentation of fabrics and styles that would best suit my client. There was a soil on the pant from the tailor/cleaner when the suit was completed; however, without hesitation or delay, Richard was consistent in providing great customer care while canvassing the best possible outcomes to remedy the matter.
