The entire staff, from the front desk, to the physiotherapists and assistants are just wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly and caring....not to mention funny. Highly recommend this facility for all your needs! 5 Stars isn't a high enough rating for Grand River Physiotherapy. Definitely, a 10 star rating!

Being treated for a sprained ankle. Treatment is rushed. A heavy heating pad is placed around my injured ankle for 15 minutes and then 2 minutes of ultrasound is done and 50 seconds of massage on the ankle and foot. None of this is going to help heal the pain in my lateral ligament. Better to do this at home. The physiotherapists are likely overworked and jaded.

I hurt my back over a year ago and after being assessd by Fran and starting physio and doing the exercises she prescribed my back is pain free . Also earlier this summer I had a severe bout of vertigo and once again I was assessed by the owner Fran and she treated me and provided me with the knowledge and exercise to correct this.I have nothing but great respect for all the ladies from the front desk to the physio therapists and there support staff.

Took my dad to to Grand River physiotherapy after his knee surgery. The hospital he had knee surgery at recommended this clinic. Kathy at the reception is very rude and professional. She made us feel as if we there to get something done for free. After about 5 minutes we walked out of building. We don't recommend this physiotherapy clinic at all. Pathways Therapy in Waterloo is much more recommended.Advise for Kathy, If you don't like your job, please do the patients coming in to Grand River Physio a favour & find another job.

If you are having knee replacement surgery this is the place to go for rehab. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable starting with the front desk, to the physiotherapy assistants, to Francis who runs the clinic. This is a hard rehab but with the expertise and experience they have here I made some great gains in a short period of time. Particularly I must mention Sandy, my physiotherapy assistant; she was so pleasant to deal with, always a welcoming smile, so experienced and so much knowledge. There wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer for me. She regularly coached me on the exercises I was doing at home. GRPT was recommended by my surgeon and I am happy I made the decision to go there even though it was a bit of a drive from home.

Simply Amazing place. I have gone to Grand River Physiotherapy for various different injuries and they have never failed me. Great treatment and service. This is definitely the place to go to take care of all your needs. Thank you for being awesome.

The whole staff is wonderful. My physiotherapist is AMAZING. She does my treatments and I come out of office feeling much better. I highly recommend this office.

I’ve been a patient at this location for roughly a year and have had great results. My assessment was very professional and I was given plenty of exercises to improve my strength and relieve my pain. Every visit since has greatly helped in managing my pain, my physiotherapist Liz has helpful and well informed answers to all my questions and gives me tips to help reduce my discomfort. The assistants and front desk staff are all friendly and welcoming, they all work together to insure you have a good experience and feel better!!

Absolutely love the staff and treatment I received after a car accident. Would highly recommend this physiotherapist clinic for all your health needs.

Over the years I have attended here for various injuries. I have always been treated with care and respect. Francis is amazing with her knowledge of the body and her ability to figure out what is going on and then determine a treatment program. Val is also an expert in her field and between them have relieved me of a lot of pain and brought me back around to feeling normal and mobile again. Front office staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this awesome team for any of your physio needs. When my body hurts, I go here before any doctors office.
