Bosom Babies

Myself and my kiddos love this shop! The staff are incredibly helpful. When I was starting cloth diapers they were such a HUGE help!

Not the cheapest baby store I've been to, but you get what you pay for, and at Bosom Babies I paid for top-notch service and gladly would do so again. Not only were the staff incredibly helpful with finding me a high quality nursing bra in my completely non-standard size, they also kept my four year old occupied the entire time I was shopping. She asks to go back to the store where they play with you" all the time! Parking was also surprisingly convenient on a nearby side-street. I also availed myself of their babywearing discount by wearing my newborn in a ring sling!"

A great local shop that carries things from pregnancy to post-partum. Love the convenience of the new location. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. Will shop here again for sure!

I love this store! I’ve bought lots of well made nursing bras and clothing there. Cheryl offers great customer service and has lots of knowledge about all things nursing and babies. I feel well taken care of when I’m there. It’s close to the Royal Alex hospital, you can find free parking just one block East of the store.

I don't shop here very often, mostly because I am cheap, haha. Anyways, they do carry a lot of items that you wouldn't find in a generic store and are well worth the price. For example, they sell boy leggings for under their regular pants in the winter which are AMAZING. I never have to worry about his little legs being cold all winter. Their knitted boots are also awesome and I'm pretty sure they are locally made

I ordered a snow suit on February 21st and paid $25 for shipping. I have not received the package which I understand is not Bosom Babies fault, it is the fault of UPS (appears they lost the package). However, I have not been refunded. The owner e-mailed me back with a nice response after me e-mailing 3 times stating I will be refunded only once UPS refunds them. I found this disappointing- especially after paying $25 on top of for shipping. I felt like I should be refunded promptly and the shop should take on recouping the costs...Fingers crossed for a refund as it has been over 5 weeks.Update June 2, 2023.I had to dispute the charge on my visa. The owner emailed me numerous times stating she would refund but never did. She also told me that UPS found the package and it would be delivered, which never happened and when I contacted UPS they had no record of that. I would not order from this store.

We brought a product from this store for our program. We are non profit organization providing childcare around the city. We purchased a change table from this store. The table came with no hardware. When I called the store back Cheryl had told me that if she knew no hardware was with the product she agreed she wouldn't have sold me the product. I said great when can I come get my refund? She told me that she had to think about it and would call me the next day. I was confused. She sold me a defected product but had to call me back to think about whether she wanted to refund my money. She wrote me a message back the next day and told me that she was not going to refund my money. She refused to pick up any of our calls and when she did pick up... she told me to throw the change table in the garbage, to defame her business on the internet and whatever else I wanted to do because she was not going to return the money.To be quite clear this is not about the money here, but the principle. We are in the business of dealing with children. Why would you sell a defected product with no hardware? This could be a severe safety concern to the children in our program. I am not writing to defame this business but rather bring awareness to others who may support this business. Save your money and go somewhere else. This woman does not care about the safety of CHILDREN??!? and she owns a child's store. Please do not make any big purchases from this store. Anything that has to deal with any sort of things that require hardware. Very unprofessional, immediately attacked me for calling back and told me that if I showed up she would call security. What an unprofessional ran business. I have submitted a report with the business bureau and hope they stop this business from ripping people off.
