Arctic Spas Hot Tubs Barrie

From purchase to delivery and set up to service I have high praise for Arctic Spa Barrie. I would highly recommend them if you are considering buying a hotub. Jenn in sales was great in assisting us in our purchase. I enjoy the tub pretty much everyday.

We selected a Spa Boy Salt Water System with upgrades to ease with chemistry balancing from Arctic Spas in Barrie.Dealing with Jenn was a wonderful, she provided lots of knowledgeable advice. The model that we wanted with the Salt Water System was not available and had to be manufactured in Alberta. Jenn and the management worked hard to get us the tub we wanted and the delivery was a month earlier than expected. Our hot tub is beautiful and we are enjoying it with our family and friends. We did run into some warranty issues, but they were quicky rectified. Jenn is fantastic to deal with and customer service was excellent. Would not hesitate to buy from Arctic Spa in Barrie.

We bought our fox tub and are thrilled with the delivery. The 3 gents that delivered were professional and very knowledgeable. Also Jenn was fantastic and gave us some chemistry to have our hot tub run perfectly. Would recommend without hesitation.

1st class customer service. Communication was clear and fair. We had a minor warrantee issue with our swim spa and the owner personally handled our query promptly and professionally. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about this place. I have owned a Coyote spa in the past, moved to a home with a Jacuzzi tub and when it came time to get a new spa we looked around just in case all these years later something was better.I walked in without my wife and was very honest that I would not be doing anything until we looked else where.... on the way home after viewing every hot tub store in Barrie, without even going back to the store we knew that there is still nothing on the market as good as an Artic.Jenn was incredible, start to finish she went over several options. Her pace was relaxed the store was busy and it was as if I was the only person in the store.

We had Jenn as our sales person, she was great at answering all our questions and gave us knowledgeable advice to make our unique hot tub install correct and serviceable. The delivery set up was quick and easy with no problems . The delivery team were experienced and took care in the install and explained what we needed to know. Very happy we chose Arctic spa!

We recently had our swim spa delivered and our experience with Arctic Spas Barrie has been incredible from purchase to delivery to start up. We were so impressed with Jenn and Dakota who have been outstanding taking the time to answer all of our questions and make everything simple and easy. We are so pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend the Arctic Spa team to our friends and family!

If you like reading stories, and understanding how honest this review is, just imagine that I'm the type of customer who even called the factory to find out the stage of my swim spa manufacturing stage.So... at the end of May our family decided to upgrade our backyard with a pool. Of course because my two boys like to swim always and this is when we decided to go with something which can be used all year round.It took a little bit of research in order to find out that Arctic Spas are one of the greatest built swim spas.As we entered the store, we've been welcomed by Dakota, a very pleasant young lady. I'm not gonna explain too much, but we left with the purchase of course with a great deal.It took us three months wait time (just a little longer than told) but understanding the world shortages with anything at the moment, we decided just to wait patiently (but I did give some hard times at the beginning to the store).Today finally we got it installed and I cannot express the gratitude to all the people involved in getting this project done.Special thanks to: Dakota-Sales, Jenn-Sales, Stefan-General Manager, Dave and James-the delivery team.All of them proved to me that there's still companies in Canada which provide outstanding customer service, and they really treat customers in a special way, and this way is the one showing that THEY CARE.P.S. Sorry for being that pain which visited your store multiple times just to annoy LOL, and I wish the team to do great at all the times.P.S.
