We ordered a Murphy bed attached to a desk and bookcase and it arrived right in the expected delivery window, which is rare in these Covid times. The installation team was wonderful: on time, polite, meticulous, etc. Best delivery/installation team I've encountered in a long time (and we've had a few at the house in the last 2 years). Unfortunately, the colour of the desk and the cabinet doors was not the colour we had ordered. We knew this would eventually get fixed but were expecting it to take months. Luckily, the manager came to the house within 48 hours to pick up the wrong coloured parts and three days later the parts had been manufactured in Montréal and were ready for delivery and installation. We couldn't believe how quickly the manager fixed the error and made it right for us. What great customer service! And more importantly, what a great product. Thank you The Guestroom, we will be recommending you to family, friends and neighbours.

Fantastic experience shopping here, I shopped around and this place has the best prices and the most versatility. I got the couch as part of the bed and am really pleased with the quality of everything. I added a couple of hacks to make it easier to store the pillows and attached a night light, but I love how it looks. The foam mattress is really comfortable too. The installers were really professional and very knowledgeable. A pleasant experience for sure.

Horrible experience. I came 30 minutes before closing to just have a quick look around and get a measurement for one of the wall bed. The lady was very rude. Keep telling me that she was closing soon trying to make me hurry up. She also had a really bad attitude. I stayed five minutes and left. I will not be treated this way. You just lost a sale and a customer.

We were in the market for a wall bed after moving into a condo with a small guest room we wanted to use as a home office as well. We shopped around, but The Guest Room won our business. The owners are very knowledgeable about wall beds, how they work, what mattresses are best, etc. The process to purchase was very easy and quick as well. Overall, an extremely friendly and honest store, and I would suggest anyone to visit if they're in the market for a wall bed.We're very happy with the result, and will be back if/when we need another!

We’re very happy with the murphy bed that we purchased from the Guest Room. The staff were very helpful, friendly and receptive to all our questions and preferences. They offered good suggestions to meet our needs. The turnaround time was fast and the installation quick and clean with excellent service through the whole process. They have a nice show room and a good number of options for customized styles and finishes.
