Horrible experience using this company. My Wife hired Rob and his team to install new sod and they did a terrible job. They installed new sod without properly levelling the area and rolling it thus leaving the yard bumpy and uneven throughout.Paid them extra to remove gravel from an specific area in the backyard and they also took short cut and only remove some and decided to install the sod over the gravel because they were in rush to get to next job and did not even cleanup after they were finished. Terrible experience overall and would recommend!!

Rob and his team did great work on my backyard. My backyard was in terrible shape. Rob and his guys got here on time. Took off the weeds, added fresh soil and levelled the ground and then installed fresh sod. Overall high quality sod and high quality workmanship. All done for 1000 sq feet plus in about 4 hrs

Very responsive and professional, never took longer than a few minutes to get back to me. Was willing to provide a new quote with new measurements one day before installation date because I had a change of plans. Great work.

He was very professional and came to give me a quote the same day. The price was amazing and he did a great job!

Rob’s Royal Lawncare did a terrible job putting in a new lawn for myself and my neighbour. The sod was dead within 48 hrs of install. Rob came back to look at it and agreed that new sod would need to be put down, which he did not. As well, he promised to prep the lawn with 1” of topsoil before laying the original sod, which he did not do ( no topsoil). He came up with excuses about not being able fit us in to have the lawn re-done. We finally moved on ( $1700 out of pocket for a lawn that won’t last past August) and I started replacing the dead sod. As of yesterday, I’ve replaced 9 rolls.I did write a review on Facebook marketplace to warn people about this company. Seems Rob has blocked me. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Please do your research. Don’t throw away money like I did.

Robert is more than helpfulHe is professional, caring and on time when you need him.He helped me fixed my stuff with relatively cheap price. Rob and his team did SOD installation in my backyard today. They did amazing job in completing work with expectations. I am satisfied with the results, would recommend them.

Robert was a pleasure to work with! He & his team not only did an excellent job installing our new sod but were on time and efficient which was so refreshing especially during these Covid times when everyone else seems to be delaying responses to homeowners and cutting corners because they are too busy to care. Highly recommend this company!

Amazing work, I got my yard aerated, cut and seeded, and all gardens done!They are amazing they look great.Robs royal lawn care is top quality! Definitely worth it!
