2022 April 3★ A few restaurants and a few shops in a single aisle makes this location pretty dead. If your here, you have a set goal in mind and aren't here to just browse around. This mall doesn't have an anchor store, for instance a grocery store or big box store, so foot traffic is fairly light.Pros: single aisle, good amount of parking available.Cons: few stores

Old food mall mostly for Hong Kong people. There are Hong Kong style Cafe, BBQ meat, egg tarts n bakery, Malaysia restaurant, Japanese restaurant ..all sort of oriental cuisine. Free parking and great choices.

It got couple of cafes and a health care center plus a pharmacy. Also a Chinese restaurant at the east end of the mall. Just want to mention the egg tart bakery is so delicious u have to preorder them otherwise u won't get even one by walk-in or u have to wait 15 min for next hot one out from the oven.

Once upon a time, it was a hot spot for popular eateries, but no longer. This mall is now extremely rundown with few remaining businesses. But the restaurants still able to maintain their loyal clienteles.

It was covid so this place was a shadow of what it must be like normally. A time capsule to who knows when. A couple great independent spots for baked goods and Chinese style bbq. Lots of parking.
