Great website

Asked them to come out and provide a roof repair and inspection. Temporary repair was completed and a inspection was performed on site, spoke to the gentleman onsite and was told the roof could be repaired and I would hear from the company. Received invoice for the repair with a small report just recommending replacement, paid the invoice the same day. Ok, not sure what I missed here but I engaged and asked for some more feedback regarding the roof condition and if it does require replacement could I then get a quote? The estimator stated he would speak to the repair person who was on site and get right back to me. Haven't heard back from them, it has been a month now.
