My husband and I go to this Tim Hortons a lot because it's near our apartment. Unfortunately, every single time we go here they get our order wrong. They ask us to repeat ourselves many many times. We always do very clearly, in French (my husband is Québécois and he always orders for us). We tell them multiple times what we want and they still get the order incorrect every single time. In the drive thru, the screen that shows our order is off. It's never on and so we can't make sure that our order is correct. And we went there last night and some of the menu lights were off as well. The only ones that were lit were the breakfast menus and we couldn't see what any of the other options were. This place is unprofessional and I am seriously considering never going there because they never seem to get our order correct, they're sometimes rude, and they sometimes give us stale food that tastes bad. We've literally thrown away food from there without eating it. Also, they are always out of their products. I really hope that somehow someone sees this and makes a big change to this place. Because otherwise I don't know how they'll ever stay in business. We've tried to give them many chances, but we are DONE with this place. Seriously, the worst Tim Hortons that I've been to in Canada.

I reccomend going in the morning since it's very crowded during the afternoon and they are usually out of their most popular products at the end of the day. (Some pastries, chicken based foods, etc...)

A very pleasant Tim's but I miss the donuts of yesteryear. If after eating, your fingers are not sticky, it isn't a traditional donut. The sandwiches are nice.
