Time for an update! Lawrence and Mathew exemplified great customer service with a recent monitor purchase. I wanted to send them a special thanks and kudos for the great customer service, which I have experienced a great deal of in previous visits which is why I keep supporting and buying my gear here!

Highly knowledgeable staff with excellent service will beat any big box store. Prices are excellent and they will price match on some items (I don't know if this is an official policy or not). Selection is superb, I have yet to leave without finding what I was looking for.

Had a very poor customer service experience on my first trip to this store. I was referred to this store and upon the first visit I ran in quickly to ask a question. I was speaking with an associate at the counter when he stopped mid sentence to answer the phone. He did not put the phone on hold while he finished with me, he stayed on the phone (after 5 mins i became frustrated and left). The next day i returned and received great customer service, although i did not make a purchase.

I have visited this location many times and I keep coming back. They always have what I want at great prices, some even better than Tiger Direct. I was looking for a back-lite keyboard, yes, they had just what I was looking for. They even had rechargeable batteries for my cordless phone that didn't cost over $20.00. Customer service was great too.

I've never had as many issues as I just had, unwilling to price match any competitor as I can't see the price of the shipping."I understand you want a comparison of two products that are equal

Horrible service! Horrible service! Canada Computers Milton has horrible customer service. I was in the Canada Computers in Milton on July 27, 2019. I bought a USB drive. When I went out of the store, a stupid employee in the store tried to stop me very impolite and stupid way. He said that I stole some stuff from the store???? WTF. I bought it from the store and he wanted to steal back from me. Bad for them, I had the receipt with me. And then I return the item right the way. I live in Milton. I really want to support them, but I couldn’t. They are very rude and very bad service.Suggestion - go to Best Buy and tell them the price that the other store is offering you. Best Buy will offer you a price match Guarantee with Excellent Service.

Don't get me wrong, the rest of the staff is generally very well knowledgeable and relatively helpful!However, I came in to this store for a keyboard return within the first 6 days of purchase. Despite the 14 day return policy, the manager specifically (older gentleman wearing a suit and an old rolex) immediately saw that and began interrogating me in a commanding voice.He was incredibly condescending and rude towards me after I had explained that I tried and didn't like the keyboard he mocked me and stated that this isn't a keyboard rental service"

Great location and staff is helpful. Wish they had more stock though. It's a little inconvenient to pickup stuff from nearby stores that have the product in-stock, but overall, Canada Computers has been good to me.Research before you buy. The sales staff are not always as well knowledged as you may like. They do try and get the tech guys to help if they can, but like anywhere, what can you really expect? I can still honestly rate them 4/5 stars.

Don't shop here.Went there with intention to buy a laptop. Didn't get much help , found one on my own I thought would be good. The laptop didn't work properly , took it back less then 24 hrs later. Manager refused to give full refund b/c there was nothing wrong with it". I explained this brand new laptop would not update properly

Usually receive half-decent customer service at this location but the other day the sales staff could not be bothered to verify pricing or answer a simple question. If you don't want to work in customer service/retail then do everyone else a favour and find a new job/career path. Its like working as a cashier at a fast food joint and getting upset at people just for placing orders with you. There's no ambiguity as to what your job in sales/customer service entails; answering questions. Management needs to either do a better job of ensuring their staff is adequately trained or leading by example instead of sitting idly on the sidelines watching it happen and reacting after the fact.
