I had to order parts for my 97 Zj. I received outstanding customer service from Ryan in the parts department. His Knowledge even on a 97 Grand Cherokee was all there. I ended up not needing the part so when I returned it, that process was also seamless. Thanks eh, sure nice to see a business and worker that care about customer service to the extent seen here.

New owners are hounding the public on vehicles to trade in. I have a truck that not only wasn’t purchased through Chrysler but was written off 3 years ago in an accident. How they found out that I was the owner is beyond me but get your facts straight, do your research, and don’t go digging in to other peoples lives to make a quick buck. Either go back to wherever it is you came from or learn that people in a smaller town will trade their vehicles in when they feel they need or want to. This would only let me post my review if I gave at least one star, but it is clearly 0 of 5 stars for them, and I don’t ever post reviews on google, but this is my first one and is warranted. Take some advice, let Brad sell and take care of that part. At least he’s honest and a good guy. He could make that place run 100 times better then you ever could.

Amazing service! Had a small problem with my battery while visiting from out of town. Nelson chrysler service departement was able to help me immediately and didn't charge me...that is unheard of! Thanks so much.

We have bough many new vehicles over the decades and found Nelson Chrysler a pleasant surprise. An honest no up-selling experience with Brad who had all our paperwork organized before we even arrived. Add in a price that simple could not be matched by any other dealer and you have a dealership that we whole heartedly recommend!
