Received very poor service from this organization. Slow response times, rude staff, very slow and intermittent service. Would recommend Starlink or Xplornet.

Very strange experience with this company. During the hookup the technician threatened that we would be cut off if we share our wifi password with neighbours, which seemed a little weird, but I let it go. The tech hooking us up was also quite unpleasant and didn't want to answer any questionsIn the third year using HISL I got an invoice out of the blue for data overages for the previous year and this year. When I asked the ironically named customer service for details of usage, because we're not at the cottage very often, the response was a terse no, so I said I'd only pay for the current year because last year is paid and done with, at which point they said they were going to cut me off again if I didn't pay.I can't have a provider that can just randomly decide to cut me off so I cancelled the service and got Starlink, which I'm very happy with. If you have a view of the northern sky I'd strongly recommend Starlink over Highlands.
