Just had to speak with Roy on behalf of my mom and he is TERRIBLE!!! No customer service skills whatsoever! I have never booked with a travel agency before and after speaking to this a**hole, I don’t think I ever will! Roy, if you’re reading this, learn some respect and please understand that you DO NOT know it all!!!!
