friendly folks providing invaluable service @ fair prices for the analog film community. I love these guys - I just wished some angel investor would give them a proper facility - the building they're in is pretty decrepit & doesn't do justice for the service that they do.

I have been processing super 8 film through Niagara Custom lab for over a year now. I've sent 7 or more reels there in that time and although it takes a little while they always do a great job. They also recently increased the resolution of their scans which has made a huge improvement to what was already a good system. Looking forward to processing 16mm with them soon!Keep up the great work guys.

As a gal just still learning to film with Super 8 film, Niagara Custom Lab has been nothing short of amazing! I had a minor mess up in my film stock (my fault entirely) and they let me know in advanced and even shared tips on how to proceed with my film in the future. They also adjusted the invoice on their end to help me out! I dealt with Joanna throughout this experience and she was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! They will be my go-to film lab from here on out.

Everyone on the staff whenever I’ve come in to pick up or drop off stock is incredible & whenever I’m emailing them frantically for a last minute Super 8 stock they are always there for me.Niagara > Anyone Else In The City

Appreciated the quick responses to my emails and questions, and they were really friendly and willing to help out. They even managed to turn over my footage much much quicker than I expected to accommodate my project deadlines. The place itself was kind of hard to find, but other than that this place works wonders.

I found two old super 8 cartridges in my parents’ old boxes of stuff. I know nothing when it comes to old film! Niagara Custom Lab responded almost immediately to my inquiry and after some back and forth, advised that it was older than they could process. They suggested another company that could process the film. Further correspondence with Niagara Custom Lab gave me the insight I needed to determine that the film hadn’t even been used, saving me the trouble and cost of having it processed! They were so helpful and responsive! Highly recommend!
