The owner, Carol is so inviting and brings the best service. This is a small town cafe that anyone passing through should get their dose of caffeine with the delicious coffee and the wonderful sandwiches. There is also a great selection of alcoholic beverages.Cafe 23 is the perfect warm cafe to read a book and fill up with tasty treats and drinks.

Looking for the best Americano around? Like no further than Cafe 23. Great spot to have a curbside coffee in downtown Stirling. Special shout-out to “Payton” who brought our dog, “Goose” Abe ice cube and water.

Lovely spot, relaxing and clean. The house coffee was very good - wish I would have asked what they brew. The Barista was friendly and brought our coffee and muffins to our table!

Very welcoming Cafe, friendly staff and great food. My family was staying at a cottage in-town and I need a place to 'work remotely'. The staff were so kind and allowed me to spend 4+ hours on the free wifi, while enjoying fresh coffee and a delicious lunch. Thank you again, and I would highly recommend Cafe 23!

Delicious!! Carol is always so welcoming and wonderful. The vibes are super cozy and clean! Yummy food and they have a lot of great local and live music events! Thank you Cafe 23 for being our local go to.

My wife and I went but we don't know about the food but the staff and service were great and the atmosphere was enjoyable. We went for the open mike night (every Thursday from 18:30-20:30), which is run by our friend Dara. Was a great time. Cafe 23 does appear to have a good menu, but we didn't order anything as we had eaten earlier as we didn't know what their menu was. We plan to eat in the next time we go.

This cafe is the best. I love coming here. The food and coffee are terrific and so is the service. Our town is getting a Tim Hortons but I'd pick Cafe 23 first always!
