This is by far the best Tim Hortons I have ever gone to the staff are always fast. They have never messed up my order unlike every other tim Hortons I have gone to. I would love to see them get a big raise because they sure deserve it so ladies and gentlemen please oh please tip these fine folks they deserve it.

Sad and bad. Slow service most of the time and orders made incorrectly too often. Seems like only two or three good workers at this location. In my opinion, you should save your time and money by going to any other location in the city.

The worker with colourful hair was so patient and kind today, I ended up being short and couldn't get ahold of my partner, and she ended up covering my iced coffee! I was going to cancel it but felt bad so I was trying to get ahold of said partner, with three impatient toddlers and just as I was taking them outside to wait for their fathers call but I was told that the worker was covering it and that I could take it, I am extremely grateful and appreciate the gesture! I will make sure to pay it forward when I get the chance to next! Thank you so so much, and also the experience I've had everytime since I discovered this Tim's has been amazing! Thank you for being great and having amazing people skills!!

some staff is really nice, I guess her name Is Kendra. She always ensures that the order is made perfectly. But there is some staff that doesn’t even know how to make certain lattes and told me that she “FORGOT” how the one I ordered is made, then gave me my latte with no sugar especially when I specified that it was supposed to be extra sweet. I know it’s not a big deal but I get my coffee like thrice a day from this location and there have been so many instances where I never got my drink or food made well. It kinda ruins the whole vibe i just don’t mean to sound rude right now.

The worst Tim Hortons ever in Thunder Bay. This Tims require a change in management only then changes can be seen. The employee “Meenu” intervenes in everything. Whoever she is, one of the worst employee. An employee like this will affect the team work.
