Dr Fadhil Ali has been the most knowledgeable brilliant physician I have had. I can always count on Dr Ali to have the perfect solution when I seen to have lost all hope I will get healthy again. As I age I hope to rely on Dr Ali for many more years! Thanks!!

It's NOT really a Walk in clinic, I called this morning to ask for the hours, when I arrive they tell me they can't see me without an appointment and also that they don't receive new patients. They made me waste my time, they are definitely NOT A WALK IN CLINIC! The reception is very rude.

Worst doctor experience I've ever had in Canada. I walked in to see a doctor 10 days ago and was scheduled for a follow up appointment today, due to a workplace emergency I was called into work. I then called the clinic to let them know I would need to reschedule my appointment and I was told because I missed my appointment I will have to go to another doctor's office and couldn't come back there. Keep in mind 10 days prior I was prescribed new medication and today was a follow up to see how effective the medication was and sadly I was turned down to reschedule. The receptionist said that it was Dr Mehrad Emadi's policy to turn down clients that missed an appointment. Very unprofessional, very poor service was provided seeing that the doctor prescribed new medication to me n I was turned down and was told to go else where when it was time for a follow up. I'm disgusted with the service they provided and cannot belive i was actually thinking to make them my family doctor.

Amazing service and knowledgeable doctors. My 4 month old baby started hysterically crying suddenly which scared me to my bones. Took him to the clinic right away and they were beyond amazing. The staff was very nice and welcoming as well as the doctors made sure to check my son thoroughly to make sure nothing was wrong with him and reassured me throughout the process.Thank you for you amazing services,

Dr Rahmani is by far the best family Dr Ive ever had. Very caring, always listens. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the one time that Dr Rahmani was absent, I saw the other older middle eastern man that works there. I came in so upset with a lot of pain, days after giving birth. He did absolutely nothing except tell me the female reproductive system is like a dirty pipe

I’ve tried for weeks now to make an appointment with my family docter and no one has gotten back to me. I’ve called atleast 15 times, left several messages and emails and have never gotten through or heard back from anyone! I have a newborn and not being able to contact your family MD after this many attempts is just not acceptable.

I had been having trouble with some pain and a bulge in my upper left buttock, just to the left if my tailbone. I googled closest medical clinic to me and walked over, which took longer than usual. Walked in, the 2 young people manning the reception desk were very personable. Took my particulars quickly and had me in a patient room in minutes. The Dr came in within minutes, introduced himself (for the life of me I can't remember his name) asked me why I was there and I explained what was wrong. I was there only to get some anti-inflammatories and pain meds. That was my thinking. I proceeded to lift up the tail of my tee shirt and lower the band of my cargo shorts. In seconds the Dr's tone and demeanor changed. You're going to emergency for emergency surgery!" Before I could even ask

Dr. Rahmani is my doctor, and he’s the best one they have, there was this other doctor middle eastern I’m not really sure.. she was so mean and intimidating, no bedside manner’s whatsoever. When talking to her, she looks annoyed. Well I don’t see her there anymore maybe she was a causal not sure. There’s now this black doctor, and she’s nice and caring too, does a great job, I go back and forth between her and Dr. Rahmani when the other is not there.

I couldn't get to my family doctor for a minor issue so decided to try Chinook Medical as they had no wait times for walk ins. It was a great experience. I waited about 10mins and Dr.Ali was great. Very efficient but compassionate. Would recommend.

The people who worked there were nice, and the doctor was also kind. However the receptionists were not very helpful. I fell and injured my ankle, and I called them asking if the clinic would be able to assess and X-ray my ankle because I may have broken it. Whoever answered the phone said that they could, and to come in before 3pm. So I had my friend drive me to the clinic where I checked in with a potential ankle fracture.I waited for two hours to see a doctor, and I had to hop down a long hallway to get to my room since they didn’t have any crutches/wheelchairs/walkers. This would have been fine, except as soon as the doctor came in, he told me that I needed to go to a hospital because he could not properly assess or treat my ankle (they do not have access to X-rays etc). So I had to hop down the hallway once again and get an Uber to the emergency room. There were two opportunities before wasting my time waiting for the doctor where whoever was manning the front desk could have told me that they could not help me. They could have told me on the phone that they do not do X-rays and cannot properly assess a broken ankle, and they could have told me when I checked in that I should go to the hospital for my ankle.
