Vêtements Sportive Plus Laval

Les deux employées qui étaient présentes étaient tellement sympathique, elles connaissent leur produit et ont une très bonne expérience concernant les vêtements à porter selon le sport et la température. Mon expérience d’achat s’est conclue avec la charmante Tamy, c’était la première fois dans cette boutique et je me suis sentie comme à la maison, on sent bien la complicité avec l’employeur qui est d’ailleurs une entreprise familiale québécoise. Je n’étais jamais tout à fait à l’aise dans mes vêtements pour mes entraînements, c’est certain que vous avez conquis une cliente.

Brought clothes for my girlfriend. They have great selection of sport, outdoor and casual clothing for women. Great selection of Colombia clothes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

C'est bien un magasin de rondelettes pour le sport. Dans les magasins réguliers on pensent que les rondelettes ne font pas de sport comme si çà allait de pair. Par contre beaucoup de manteaux et de maillots de bain. Pour le reste il faudra attendre à l'été. Il y avait plus de choix de linge à Boucherville mais ils ont décidé de fermer sans doute à cause de la pandémie. Là il faut aller à Laval.

Très belle expérience. Service à la clientèle hors-pair. Mention spéciale à la vendeuse Vanessa (je ne me souviens pas de son nom, malheureusement) qui m’a très bien reçue en répondant à toutes mes questions et en m’explicitant avec détails la composition de chaque manteau essayé en magasin.

J'ai aimé mon expérience magasinage. Jai acheté un manteau Columbia. Par contre ca fait moin d'un mois que jai acheté mon manteau et le zipper ces défait 1x sur 3 dans le bas :/ Cest très decevant au prix qu'il ma couté!

Finally a store with proper fitting clothes! This store has a big selection of athletic, lounge, outdoor, beach and leisure clothing.Great quality and fit.The staff was really great about helping us find the right size and look.So happy to find this place!

Edit #2: I want to that JACKIE at the Dix30 store who called me to help clear up the issue. They were able to honour the birthday code misunderstanding. I very much appreciate that someone took the time to call me to help resolve the situation. I am not ammending my review because I got a discount. I'm ammending it because the employees took the time to reach out to me and explain what was going on an offer a solution. It shows that they care about their customers and, honestly, that's what I love about Sportive Plus.Edit: Thank you for the response. However, I was informed that since my birthday has passed (it was mid January), I can not get a code for this year, because of the new procedure (leaving a review).I do love the store, the selection and the made in Quebec brands. I do not like a recent policy change concerning the birthday discount. For years, I'd go shopping in January and get my birthday discount. This weekend, I bought a new (full price) top, mentioning to the cashier that January was my birthday month. She informed me that the policy had changed: I needed to enter my birthday myself in my account on their website. We looked together, there was no place to do so. She assured me that I could contact customer service, get my discount (which is now valid for a year and not a month) and get a price adjustment on my purchase. Customer service informed me that to get a discount, I needed to leave a review on an item and I'd get an email on my birthday. I was told too bad that my birthday already passed, I missed my chance for the year.There was no email regarding this birthday discount code change. The store staff doesn't seem to know what the new policy is. And, having been a customer for years, I'm a little frustrated at missing out on a discount. Plus size clothing is already so expensive, any discount helps.
