I would give 0/5 . The owner yelled at an employee in front of whole store. The owner didn’t even say sorry. Rude customer service. They charge extra for alterations where as other south Indian store do it for free if we bought the clothes in their store.

I am regular customer to this place since they opened. We purchase for every occasion and the service started to fade over the period of time. I agree to the below comments posted by another customer. I got men’s cloths and realize that it had quality issue after reaching home I went to back to change they told no return policy and just provided discount on the original price instead of replace. Very bad customer service and cheap quality material.I would have given 0 if an option was available.1. Such low quality material for so much money2. Stitching and alterations wastes your money and are done horribly3. Frustrated staff and poor management4. Lack of organization and it’s most likely you’ll lose your clothes!5. Save your money and time

Best experience I ever had searching for indian clothing.They stuck to our price point. Took our opinions seriously and didn't force us to buy anything.Clothing beautiful and not outdated. Store clean and well organized.

The most overpriced South Asian clothing store in Scarborough. Customer service was terrible to top it off, too. The older Varathas store they had before was much better since the family split ownership. I'm not coming here ever again.

The ladies at Aisha's Silk are so pleasant and kind. They were very helpful with picking out fabrics, measuring, and explaining my options. The pricing is quite reasonable and the materials are beautiful. I will update this review when I pick up my finished sari.

Honestly the interior just grabs anyone’s attention. It’s very organized and neat with workers ready to help you at any corner. Very friendly staff and management. Did not expect to find a saree I was looking for but their collection is very good and found the one I really loved. I would definitely recommend coming here for saree or any suits of any kind. The lehengas selection is gorgeous too! Finding jewelry sets is also very easy. The price range is reasonable and I will be coming here for all my ethnic clothing needs!

The worst place ever to go for traditional outfit shopping. I went there looking for an outfit. I did try on few of them and I didn’t like the stitching/ material. But the salesperson didn’t want to let me go without me buying something. She was like at least stay a little longer before leaving otherwise I will get yelled. The way they are scared is unacceptable! I never set foot again in that store and never will!

We came to Toronto to do our wedding shopping and we shopped there couple of times. They have a lot of selections, the staffs and the owner are amazing. We were in Toronto for almost a week and they gave us the best service compared to other clothing stores. The whole team is very patient, have great customer service skills and are helpful. The inside of the store looks very nice and luxurious.

I bought very expensive lahenga from them.cost me $1400 with stiching.very bad stiching1st time they gave without done properly, 2nd time also same thing.3rd time I have to bought cloth for alteration.behaviour very bad, rude .never say sorry.alteration lady told don’t give here for stich.Owner and his wife also very rude. I was trying to talk to them .they always ignore. please don’t buy anything from them.price wise material very low quality..

Beautiful store. Amazing environment. The owner Pushpa and her sons are very helpful. Lots of employees and helpers. They conversate more in Sri Lankan. English is limited to some but great selections and their prices are better than most indian clothing stores. Highly recommend.
