Amazing experience with Mario! Made sure I left feeling 110% happy about my Danier leather jacket!He made sure he explained everything in full detail before sending my coat off and ensured I felt as comfortable as possible leaving my coat with him and his partners. It’s a hard one to clean and Mario made sure the fur and leather were well taken care of! Please try this place out if you have any kind of coat, especially danier/ Canada goose coatHe even ended the visit with giving me a jacket sleeve for my winter coat!Thank you so much, Mario if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

I have been a customer for nearly 8 years. Mario is great to deal with. He is very friendly and provides an excellent service to his customers. Not only I get my personal items taken to Mario but he also service the organization that I work at. Many of our clients also get their dry cleaning done at Spotless Dry Cleaners. Great service with a very good quality of work. I highly recommend this place.

Spotless Dry cleaners and the franchisee owner Ellie are a 10+ service. When you enter the store she welcomes you with a smile and carefully handles your clothing. You know your stuff will be handle with care. I have been using their services for over 1 year and i am extremely happy with everything, quality, service, price and above all the friendliness at every visit. Took my Canada Goose jacket to Mario at Spotless. He was very up front about the process and ensured I was comfortable with everything before taking my jacket. Was told to come back on Monday.Got my jacket back on Monday and it looked extremely clean. Jacket is about 6-7 years old and hadn't really been dry cleaned before. Mario's work brought the colour back and everything he mentioned that could happen ended up happening (ie stains becoming more noticeable if not properly dealt with / dried without proper care). Was very impressed. Will be bringing my jacket back at the end of season.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. I brought in my Moncler coat after reading many positive reviews here. This was the first time I dry cleaned my coat. My coat has a lamb fur collar and sleeves. Mario told me that it is better to send my coat to his colleague who is a fur specialist as the fur needs gentle cleaning. I asked if it is possible to take it to his colleague directly and I was told that they do not work with the public. I noticed that something is wrong with the fur on one of the sleeves as soon as I wore it today. I realized that the fur on one of the sleeves had been trimmed for some unknown reason. It became very short and straight compared to the other sleeve and collar. Mario told me that he also noticed that the fur on the left sleeve is short when he got the coat back from his colleague, but he said that it was like that when I brought it in. At this point Mario directed me to his colleague, the owner of Suede master. Suede master has a rating of 2.4 on google reviews and I would never trust them with my coat had I known this from the beginning. And in fact they do work with the public. In addition to this, the stains on my coat were not removed. Mario offered to send the coat back to his colleague at Suede Master who did enough damage to the one sleeve. The minimum Mario could have done was return the $75 I paid for cleaning, but he declined. Mario says that his colleague stands behind the cleaning, but the google reviews tell a lot of their quality of work and work ethic. I spoke to the head office after writing this review and I was told that they don’t base their business on google reviews. So why did you even bother commenting on this review? I was told that they know Suede Master personally and thus, the horrible google reviews are irrelevant.

I have been bringing my dry cleaning to this location for the last 7 years. Mario is very knowledgeable and provides a great customer service to his clients. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and colleagues. Mario also has been servicing the clients at a Retirement Home where I work. Highly recommend Spotless Dry Cleaners.

!!WARNING!! Do not bring your mackage to this dry cleaning. I bought my 2 years old jacket that I only wore for 1 winter, and wanted it to get cleaned for the first time. Ellis Kasaia promised me that their seamstress and leather specialist does a wonderful job and 100% guarantee I’ll be satisfied. She didn’t say anything about the risk I’ll be taking, just only I’ll be happy so I trusted Ellis. As you can see from the picture the work is horrible. I’m a student and I had to save up a lot of money just to afford that jacket.. Mind you, it took 3 MONTHS to get my jacket back from the dry cleaner. She kept saying it wasn’t my fault and Suede Master was the one that worked on it. As an owner I would've taken all responsibility but instead she played the victim. I waited 2 weeks for the jacket to arrive at Suede Master so they could observe the damages. I don’t understand why it took 2 weeks just to send it out to them, they’re located in North york. So I asked her why couldn’t you personally take it there yourself? so instead I don’t have to wait so long because at that point I already waited 2 months. She said “that might be how you run your business but that isn’t how I run it” Clearly she doesn’t respect me and my time. Now I took it upon my hands and took care of this mess. In conclusion, I went there picked it up, waited for 3 months, I gave my jacket so they can ruin it and didn’t receive any compensation.December 3 to February 24- Also emailed head office no response back- Horrible communication- Horrible customer service

Amazing service by Mario and his Team. I have been a customer for almost 8 years now and never an issue with my dry cleaning. Very good quality and always dependable in terms of accommodating last minute requests. I highly recommend this dry cleaners.
