Excellent e-bike rental. We rented two Hugh-quality e-bikes while we were visiting Toronto. The bikes were in great shape and allowed us to see much more of the waterfront than we could have on foot or via car. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommended for a great bike and great fun!

Was recommended that place by tourist information at Union Station for bike rentals over 8 hrs. The bikes are in good condition and pretty light (had to carry then in stairs so I can tell), some of them come with a front basket.I would definitely recommend that shop for bike rentals on 24 hrs/48 hrs. I got charged $42.50 with a $150 guarantee the day I picked it up.

Easily the best customer service I've had! Went in with a flat inner tube and Bruce took care of me despite coming in so close to store closing and even stayed well later than anyone else would have to make sure I got back on the road safely. Thank you Bruce. Wheel Excitement is a haven for bikers in the Waterfront and beyond!

The folks at Wheel Excitement are top-notch. I had an issue with my bike while cycling along harbourfront yesterday, and they were able to get it fixed up and running again within minutes. Very great service, I would highly recommend.

Zero customer service. We got there waited for 10 min without being acknowledged. Once we were acknowledged, told us his store is closed now. Asked him to just look at my bike see if it’s fixable at all or not since the back wheel was damaged, he says you have to leave it here for a week and let me open it up and figure out, but will cost couple hundreds to change it. Walked across street to dream cycling which they changed the wheel for me less than an hour and fixed the bike.

Had my tire blown out and needed a repair. Kevin was super helpful when I had questions and concerns. Once I agreed to his recommendation, he had my bike repaired in no time (same-day)!! I would definitely go back for any repairs and if I ever need a new bike :)
