Central Alberta Tile One

I recently had this company renovate my floors. Some carpet, some hardwood, some vinyl tile. The floors look great, great workmanship in general, and staff were responsive and friendly. However,- The demolition crew put a few visible marks in my walls when they removed baseboards.- I would have appreciated if crews put up some drop cloth around kitchen fixtures and counters when doing particularly dusty work like sanding.- Carefully review quotes. I added items after my initial quote was completed and the necessary demolition/prep work was left out by accident (I had specified demolition and prep for all other items on the quote prior), leading to some delays later on.- I had large (18 x 24") vinyl tile installed directly over my existing vinyl sheet floor. I was told that this is standard practice. If you intend to do the same

Giving a 3 star. We had tiling and grout done on our kitchen and bathrooms, finished was great but not even a year later the grout is coming apart in several areas. We contacted them and left a voicemail where none of them reached out. Called again after a month had passed, was able to reach them and tile one told us we had to pay they're guy per hour if we need it to be fixed. This is a grout problem on their side, shouldn't have to pay extra. But now that the job has been done they don't take accountability for their mistake? Paid alot of money for this job to be done professionally and having long-term result. It is very unfortunate that company will not fix their mistake. And unfortunately, I do not recommend this company because of this issue.

If you are looking for perfection Tile One is the place to go!! Their professional workmanship and excellent service is like no other!! Tile One goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers and stands behind their work. In my 30yrs of remodeling homes across Canada I have experienced too many unsatisfactory jobs. Tile One is the place to go for perfection and excellence!!

We purchased flooring and tile from CAT1 who also facilitated the the quartz counters from Classic Granite. From the moment I walked in the door to the very last installation, I have been greeted like an old friend. All the staff I interacted with were courteous and knowledgeable professionals, just like the company's owners. Received help right away when entering the store. The staff had great opinions and suggestions. They paid attention to details and were very friendly and welcoming.

Her expertise made our experience very easy. We are extremely pleased with outcome the colours and flooring choices. Central Alberta Tile One (Trevor) is very professional and communicated with us right away if there was an issue. They came right away and rectified the problem. I had a really good experience with the Tile One Red Deer team. By accident my vehicle slid on ice in the back bumper of the tile one vehicle. The team was great about it. I didn't have any work done by them but I can assure you their way of handling that situation is indeed true professionalism. Kate did a great job keeping in touch with me during the selection process. I ended up selecting a different tile then what her and I had originally selected, and she still followed up with me. She was very professional and quick with getting quotes.The installer did such an amazing job with the tile in our master bathroom. It actually motivated us to want to tile the other three bathrooms in our house, that's how good of work he did!The Grout & silicone work was done quickly and done well.Very friendly staff that discussed any questions or concerns with me.
