Paula and Paul are professional and reliable in their service. They are exceedingly polite, and collaborate with you to determine the needs of your dog. Their administration for intaking your dog with their service is thoroughly detailed. There is no grey space with regards to the service your dog is receiving and the safety and wellness of your dog is clearly their top priority.They are extremely flexible with appointments and responsive to messages. As I work in an on-call workplace, there have been times where I have had to cancel or re-book with little or no notice. Paula and Paul have accommodated each event and worked tirelessly to enable positive outcomes.They possess highly skilled and adaptive methods for managing dogs. Our dog Jack, is a large breed mix, who can be very reactive and at times, physically difficult to control. Under the care and handling of Paula and Paul, Jack has made incredible progress in becoming less reactive. They employ proven strategies that we similarly learned through a professional canine training centre in Barrie. Most importantly, Jack loves Paula and Paul and is noticeably excited when they arrive at our home to take him for walks.As a client to their service, I can tell you that Paula and Paul are top tier dog handlers. In our early 70s my husband and I never expected to be dealing with puppy issues. However, we fell in love with Benji and the rest is history. Our main issue was Benji’s enthusiasm and excitement when approaching people or other dogs. Paul and Paula came highly recommended and we are extremely pleased with the results their training provided. Benji got excellent training and so did we!

I can’t say enough good things about Paul and Paula. They have literally been a staple in my neighbourhood for the last 12 months, working with several of my neighbours and their furry friends. Paula and Paul were able to give me back my confidence and enjoyment when walking my Great Dane. I was lucky to run into Paula and Paul each morning with my uncontrollable dog Lola. After chatting with them I hired them to train her. It was worth it as in less than 10 days Lola was amazing listening to many commands. My fear was that my senior father would take her for a walk and fall as Lola (a sheepadoodle) is very strong. However, after training my dad has been taking her our for the last two weeks with no issues. Paul is an amazing trainer, he has a big heart for dogs. He was always gentle and lovable with Lola. I would recommend their services.

Paul has helped me in so many ways with my new addition! the puppy didn’t need the training I did and together over the last 3 months he has become family I highly recommend The Dogz lodge to all dog parents young and old we also have a17 year old and 11 year old as well and the help with the pup and the oldies been going so well it’s going to be hard saying good bye and the end of our sessions

Paul and Paul were a godsend! We were having some challenges with our wee little sassy Westie and Paul was amazing in getting to the root of it and helped her get along with her older brother again.Finally - peace in the household once again!!!!They truly take a personal interest in your pups and training is done with much love and patience.

Our dog Eddie loves his daily walks with Paul! He gets lots of exercise, and is in a much better mood when we see him in the evenings. Paul and Paula send us regular updates and pictures of how the walk went. I'm very happy we found them!

We recently used the services of Paul for dog training. I cant say enough about Paul and his training. A god send to say the least. He is very patient and encouraging. His training is not structured and is completely taylored to what areas your dog needs work in. He came every week with tips and tricks and tools to help with the training. When the neighbors start to notice and compliment on your dog’s improvement with in weeks, you know he does good. He loves what he does and it shines through with his training.
