Dundas Dermatology Otolaryngology

The staff are very friendly and professional. Both Dr. Edstrom and Dr Lemckert are very knowledge and professional. I was taken in on time which is a breathe of fresh air. I saw Dr Edstrom which she quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. It was corrected in a timely manner. Above all she was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Dr Edstrom to get the issue resolved fast.

I had a precancerous mark removed from my face about 6 months ago. It was done by the Dr. herself and was fine. They then took me to their Spa in the next building to try to sell me treatments for my aging skin. I declined. Today I returned for my follow up and was not seen by Dr. Edstrom, but by a nurse maybe? She looked at my forehead briefly and said things look fine (the removal was on my cheek, nowhere near my forehead). She asked what sunscreen i used and said it was no good. She asked if I would like to see their sunscreen which i could buy there (of course) and if i was interested in removal of the brown spots on my face. I said they are in my family-she said so nobody takes care of their skin in my family. I wanted a rash looked at which is one of the reasons i went the first time but at the time was not bothering me. She said to go to my doctor and have them send me back for that. Are you kidding me? WOW!

If I could give zero I would. We moved from Mississauga to Dundas last Summer and needed to visit a dermatologist for my daughter. Dr. Edstrom's secretaries I spoke to couple of times unsured me they will call me back with an appointment once my family dr. referral will be faxed. So I took my daughter and went to see my family dr. in Etobicoke and referral was faxed to Dr. Edstrom office. Surprisingly in couple of days, I received a phone call from my family doctor their referral came back and says Not accepted". What kind of doctor does this? Why secretaries didn't tell me on the phone Dr. Edstrom doesn't accept new patients?"

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I had Dr Lemckert treat some sun damaged spots on my face. Very pleased with him. He took me on time and I was very satisfied with the work.

If I could give it a zero, I would.I went in for a spot on my back that has been causing me problems for about a year, and is abnormally itchy and is turning a dark grey colour. Her advice? Stop scratching." Ummm… ok.She never even examined anything. I have other spots on my hips that look like possibly eczema and her solution to that was that I'm allergic to the nickel in the buttons on my jeans. I don't wear jeans.Any other dermatologist that I've been to has had me disrobe and put on their paper gown. I was met by her as I just walked into the examining room

From the wonderful ladies at the front desk, to the nurses to Dr. Edstrom and Dr. Lemckert, my experience with them was nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism, care and wonderful humour put me at ease. Thank you.

Waste of time going there. Pushy and tries to sell you products that are a complete ripoff. Our family member's examination was 90 seconds, with much attitude and was given advice that was nowhere near accurate.Would give them zero stars if possible, see the other negative reviews.These other people are right, their license should be revoked.

I was recently seen at the Dundas Dermatology Clinic by Dr Edstrom. As always I was seen within a few minutes of my appt time. Dr Edstrom addressed my issues/questions with professionalism and great advise. I have never felt pressure at the office. I am presented with options and left to make my choices.
