I have called the office multiple times (within their office hours) and no one answers the phone. It goes to VM with no option to leave a VM. I initially tried to book an appointment online only to be declined. Not sure how to get in touch with the office if they do not answer the phone or give an option to leave a VM.

Dr Leandra Forman is an amazing doctor and human. I started seeing her as a mid 20's man who's been having debilitating chronic pain for many years and have been to dozens of doctors, and Dr Forman was the only one who truly cared and tried everything she can to help. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and open to new and non conventional" techniques when necessary. Every other doctor I saw before her just went through the regular check list and then gave up

We have been seeing Dr Leandra Forman for two years now. We were lucky that we were able to get on her patient list during COVID. I was pregnant after a recent miscarriage so we were very anxious. Dr. Forman is always very patient, always listen to our issue, she is very knowledgeable and professional.After my son was born, we continue to see her our family doctor although we moved away (now we are 35 min drive from the clinic). She helped my son to get a really good paediatrician reference who fixed his tear duct blockage but one simple press (I’m still amazed by that lol).

I have been a patient of Dr. Paul Forman's since 2006 and have always been very impressed by his knowledge, attentiveness and impeccable bedside manner. I am very grateful to have him as my doctor. The staff at the clinic are also very helpful and friendly which I find is a big part of having a good experience when visiting your family doctor.

It takes a long waiting time to get someone on the phone. It's not family friendly especially when kids get sick and cannot book appointment within a week (all online appointment within the week is all booked up, and only open on partial days of the week). I ended up going to walk-in clinic. This is not what I expect for a family doctor clinic. (Yes I was a patient in this clinic when I wrote the review around end of Jan 2019.)
