Wonderful experience through and through from purchasing to delivery. Needed a stove and was helped by Oceane who was very kind and patient. She answered all of our questions and made sure we left happy. Delivery guys were very personable, quick and efficient.

Worst shopping experience in my life. We purchased a GE fridge online through this store in 2021 and it’s been making a horrible sound ever since (around 60-65dB). Brick store in Hawkesbury didn’t want to deal with it and referred us directly to GE, who got us to deal with a technician ourselves, who never fixed the fridge properly. So, right now, as I am sitting in my kitchen, the fridge is still making a horrible sound and I am hating Brick and GE, and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to avoid this store in Hawkesbury. Next step is OPC Quebec and perhaps a lawyer. I want my money back + compensation. What a horrible experience! Stay away from them!
