4/17/23: Korey was quick to reply and communicated with me on potential causes to concrete and potential solutions. We will wait and monitor and see if things settle back into place or if we need to make any modifications. Korey is professional like usual. I like this LOCAL company and the fact you can talk to the same guy who sold this to you two years ago. I would still recommend them.4/15/23 almost two years: The materials used were good, standard for the project. Installation was quick but now I realize not the best. The gutter drained directly into my brick pathway and backflowed to the concrete pillar that was installed. One winter in and the pillar and/or my patio has now settled or frozen and left the patio pillar sitting almost an inch above the patio. Who knows if this impacts the strength of the cover. I have reached out to Korey and not heard anything in return on this issue.A very good experience overall contracting with Patio Covers Unlimited for my backyard patio cover. Due to this pandemic, materials took a while longer than originally expected but one thing I greatly appreciated was the communication between myself and them. Korey always gave me a call back and I was always able to contact someone. James just came out today for the install and I honestly was skeptical about a one-man team. But James thoroughly impressed me with his work ethic and also working with me on a specific request. In about 8 hours James had my 10' x 24' patio cover up and installed. Looks great and I can't wait to put some finishing touches on it. Thanks James, Korey and all the others who coordinated it, great job!

Love our patio cover that was installed last summer. The insulated roof panel they installed is top quality. Luis, Austin and James did a fantastic job on the installation. Being on the south side it greatly reduced the temperature inside the house and we can now leave the blinds open during the day in the summer. It also been nice to be able to use the patio all year long. They were fantastic to work with!

While it took a little longer than expected to have my patio cover built due to uncontrollables, it was worth the wait!!! Logan and Larz installed my 40'x16' solid patio cover and they were very quick, professional, polite and maintained a clean workspace. We had a small hiccup with the gutter downspouts not being the right color, but the issue was remedied immediately. Logan and Larz take pride in their work and are very good at their craft!! I highly recommend Patio Covers Unlimited!!

PCU did a FANTASTIC job in both installing and coordinating our patio cover. They were the only outfit in town that really didn't BS me during the sale or the entire installation process. They did the whole thing in a day. Both the installers and the backend staff were professional, kind, dependable, and fun to work with. I highly recommend their business. We got the insulated patio cover, and we absolutely love it. The installers did such a great job. They also coordinated with our concrete contractor to make it easy on us. This all happened during covid, and they still got the job done on time, and in budget.

Absolutely love the patio cover we had installed over our RV garage patio. Looks great and workmanship great. Crew very respectful of property while installing.

We're so glad we used Patio Covers Unlimited of Idaho. This is a first class operation from start to finish. Rod came out promptly to give us the estimate and show us all the different options available. We ended up going with his recommendation for size and style. He picked out a color that matched our house color perfectly. Once the permit was issued by the city James and Logan came out and built and installed the cover. It was originally supposed to take 2 days but these guys did it in one and did a fantastic job. Our cover looks so nice and is perfect. Tia handled the paperwork from their office including obtaining the permit from the city so I never even had to go there. Many thanks to Rod, Tia, James, and Logan for a job well done at a great price you guys are tops in our book. If we decide to add another one in the future we will definitely be using Patio Covers Unlimited of Idaho.

Patio Covers Unlimited were great to work with, they walked us through all of our options, answered every question we had. Logan and Larz were great! They were respectful of our yard, friendly and they did a fantastic job installing our cover. They even wiped all hand prints down after installing. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a patio cover.

We ordered our patio cover from Patio Covers Unlimited on May 11th. After many delays for various reasons, our patio cover was finally installed in November. We were less than pleased with office staff but for the purposes of this review, we will be focusing on the install team, James and Kenny.James and Kenny did an amazing job from start to finish. They were friendly, communicated effectively, and showed up when they said they were going to. They installed our cover quickly and efficiently with a discerning eye for detail. In fact, a particular aspect of the build wasn’t up to their satisfaction (without comment from us) and James showed up the following morning with the extra pieces to fix the issue along with the hooks promised to us from office staff that office staff failed to follow through on. Luckily, James and Kenny did.Before James and Kenny entered the situation, I was prepared to leave a completely different review. It’s solely based on the work and professionalism exhibited by James and Kenny that this pleasant review is being left now. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication, James and Kenny, we truly appreciate it.

Do your homework when you are looking to add on a patio cover. Patio Covers Unlimited of Idaho has been in business since 1993 with an incredible reputation of beautiful work, incredible professional crew (teamwork) and a price that is very reasonable. We love our new patio, had to wait a few months during this (COVID time), but oh well. Luke installed our patio and when I watched him pull out his triangle ruler, I was IMPRESSED. As a quilter it is imperative to have exact measurements, as what I witnessed with Luke. You can tell when someone loves what they do, it shows in their work.
