They came to look at adding a system to my home, noticed it was prewired for an archaic analog system. Parm was awesome and came up with a solution to go 4k system and ran all new lines. Very professional install. Had an issue later in the day where our cable wasn't working, he came back and diagnosed it as a bad switch, so thankful for him coming back and fixing an issue that wasn't even his fault.

I wanted to upgrade our camera system and I called Smart Prime Technologies to give me a quote. They came by to look at the house and gave me a reasonable price. I had other companies come by, but they told me “this was hard” or “there’s this problem”, so they’d charge me extra. Parm & Jashan had the can-do attitude you’d expect from true professionals. I really appreciated that. They did an amazing job installing the system and setting it up for me. They even spent time walking me through the NVR menu. I was impressed with their work, so I had them come back to convert my telephone jacks to Ethernet. I would definitely recommend Smart Prime Technologies. Thanks again!
