I went in the other day and was in the store for probably close to 10 minutes. Not one of the 4 staff working said hello or acknowledged me in any way and I was the only customer present. All 4 staff were standing chatting behind the checkout counter and one was even on her phone. I tried to indicate that I needed help with a higher up sweater and was ignored. I ended up leaving because of the bad service.

Fyi to manager /owner....you shouldn't have your staff sitting on the counter when customers come in. Should be making sure store is in order, and greet people when they come in.

I absolutely love this store. It's cheap has nice clothing and has really nice jeans. Definitely recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Item selection seemed more suitable to a younger generation. (I'm 47) I thought I would rate it 5 because of the pleasant staff member.
