I have brought failed agricultural hydraulic components to Red Dragon on two occasions. In both cases, Bill and his crew were able to recommended inexpensive replacement parts, available on the same day from other local businesses, that allowed me to get my client's equipment back working in the field in short order. I should point out that this assistance was given free of charge, and based on providing me with the best option for getting the repair done. This sort of honesty and initiative saved time and money for both myself and my clients. Red Dragon will be sure to get any work that I am not equipped to do on the farm.
