Very good company, growing fast for a good reason. Pleasant crew, well educated. Dispatch makes miracles happen.For such high demand services, the need for more drivers is high. So all routes and charters can be covered in timely manner.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. The service is terrible. For the first six weeks of school the bus was always at least 10 to 15 minutes late every morning, if not later. I’ve had to drive my kids so many times in order for them to get to school on time. It is also been 30 to 45 minutes late after school and sometimes just no-shows and parents have to go pick up kids. Several weeks into school, our bus time was changed to be five minutes earlier and we were not notified. The first day that the schedule was changed, the bus driver got angry with us for being late. Although there was no concern or apology for all the times he had been late before and we had been waiting for him. This bus driver is very rude and mean. He has blamed my kids for things (damage, mess on the bus) that were not their fault. When we addressed this with him, he was very gruff and rude. He takes no responsibility for the way that he comes across to elementary school kids. I can see why they are intimidated by him. I wish I had an alternative for getting my kids to and from school every day because I hate that they have to be in his care. I’ve tried to call the bus company several times and the phone is usually not answered. I can’t believe we pay $900 for this service. It’s sickening. I’m shocked to see that even with all of these extremely negative reviews the company doesn’t seem to be changing or addressing the concerns in any way.

LOOK AT YOUR RATINGS AND REVIEWS !!!! Most of them is one star !!! This does not surprise me . Train your driver to obey traffic laws and regulations ! Exiting Deerfoot at 32 Ave NE ramp has YIELD sign !!! Your drivers are forcing themself into a traffic on 32 Ave and cutting off other cars !!!! Speeding and even running red lights !!!I can't imagine this drivers are transporting kids ?! WHO TRAINED THEM ???????

How come a school bus is either an hour late or no show for 3-4 continuous weeks. It’s terrible and province as well as CBE hardly does anything about it. Customer service always has a busy phone and don’t respond to emails. My tax dollars are not being used wisely.

This company needs to change management. Your service is unreliable specially during cold season, either your bus shows late and no driver at all. There is a reason that we put our kids to bus ride. We should deduct the payment from every day that you did not show up for your accountability. When we owe you for payment, you bombard us with invoices and we need to pay right away. You need to pay us every time your bus doesn't show up. It seems you get pass all of your dealings that is unreliable, poor service and so many reasons with the students and families.

Very very bad service... My kids school uses first student bus service and since almost a week now, it's everyday delay both the times. It's hard for parents to adjust pick and drop everyday. Some of us start work early in the morning, so they have to call other parents to arrange car pool. Kids are standing outside at the school till bus arrives, in November cold.. it's so inconvenient and stressful for parents and kids

It’s horrible when a bus that is supposed to be doing 90 on Deerfoot trail Northbound is doing 110 and then waving off the pick up truck in front of him because they won’t let him pass.I didn’t want to post this for the world to see but since I have tried continuously for over an hour to get through and only get the busy signal I guess this is it.Todays date : May 17, 2023Time of occurrence- 9:25amLocation- on calf robe bridgeBus # 5839Driver - Male, 30-40’s, Asian

First student bus service assigned for Hawkwood school (Bus-D) has always been late since day one, and after Christmas break it is consistently late for more then 15 to 20 mins and pick up from school 1/2 hour late.They update on their app saying they will be late my 10 mins, it’s never true it’s always late by 20 min to 1/2 hour.I understand Hawkwood school/CBE picked the cheapest bidder for the school bus service so we are stuck with this.When we call the first student bus service and ask about the delay they abruptly end the call.Management doesn’t seem to care..Not sure why we have to go through this every day.As a parent I have to show up to work late after dropping my child in school.And they want us to pay for this service that they don’t provide.In this difficult economy life is stressful as it is, First student bus service makes it worse.Principal of Hawkwood schoolMr. Mike McDonald should step in and fix the ongoing issue.
