I ve used aido before and was very impressed and this time too Asif took his time with everything checking everything to see what the problem was, instead of telling us replace the whole system like the other person we has come in.Aido is very reliable and honest and it's very hard to come by honest people nowadays.

I had a water heat and water softener installed. The old one was a mess and finally gave out. I figured it would it always bubbled after use. Brandon did a really good job. The piping is really clean and for sure will never leak. He got rid of the old mess that was there and it's just much simpler and cleaner looking now. He moved the softener to the corner too which is a much better place. My old one didn't work at all for 6 years so just happy to have soft water now. The old valves in the last pic started leaking and he came back and installed some new valves no questions. I might have to get new hoses but whatever I can do that. Anyways great service Brandon is a top of the line dude no issues with whatsoever. Aido is much superior to Air ZERO and their horrible rude customer service. I just had to put that in there those guys are horrible. I will recommend you guys to anyone I know and will be back one day when I need a upgrade or service help.

When our 20 year old furnace stopped suddenly last year (2022) we placed a call to Aido. We saw their unique company van in our neighborhood a few month prior. When we called Aido, a service rep arrived quickly! There was no way to recover our old furnace (the fan broke) so we sat down and discussed our needs. We were not pushed into purchasing any thing more than what we needed. The unit the rep suggestion was based on the size of our home and the air cleaner we needed was based on our personal needs. In the end we needed to replace our old ac as well because it was pretty old and very loud. I am so thankful we purchased a new furnace because the heat exchange was cracked in three sections (very dangerous). It pays to replace a 20 year old system because we are already saving on our energy bill. We are also magical comfort plus club customers so the Semi-Annual Precision Tune-Ups are included. In addition to the above we purchased a new tankless water heater and they returned our rental to reliance on our behalf!Thank you Aido for your honesty and professional team. We never have to worry about being taken advantage of!

I get that business can be busy and at times people run behind. The least you can do is give us a call and tell us you're running behind. I had an estimate for a quote set up for 2-4 pm. We changed around our day and schedule in order to be home. No one called or answered the phones when we called during the time to find out what's happening. We finally received a called at 5:30! An hour and half after the window to say we're running behind".Would have been nice to know that during the 2 hour window.Won't be calling you guys anymore."

Our Water heater broke days before Christmas. Michael from Aido gave me 4 quotes with options the same day I called. I decided to buy and they were able to start 2 days later. They even arranged to have my old water heater delivered back to Reliance as part of the service. Everything was installed quickly and professionally with reasonable prices. The entire Aido staff clearly work together frontline and behind the scenes. Everyone was so helpful! No hidden costs. Highly recommend this company!!

Of all the HVAC companies I speed dated last fall for quotes on a new furnace and AC install, Asif from Aido had the best quality components AND the most competitive pricing. It was clear he wanted our business more than the competitors, and the installation was seamless and professional, the furnace room was spotless when they were done. Highly recommend these guys if you need HVAC/water heating work of any kind.

I chose to use Aido for my heat pump / furnace installation primarily due to Asif's thoroughness during the quotation process. We also had a water softener installed.The team that came to install the system was polite, on time and stayed late to make sure the job was done on time. We had one minor issue after the installation, and Asif came out to fix it without issue.I was also impressed with their communication, including when they were on their way, and following up after the job was done.

Excellent customer service and expertise. New AC is keeping the house cool! The team installed then discussed tips and maintenance with me to ensure I get the best performance and longest lifespan out of our new equipment.

Asif was out to install a new Ecobee thermostat for our family. He was very thorough and informative during the process. He is very professional/knowledgeable and I will use Aido for my future HVAC needs. Thanks again!
