Remarkably unprofessional and incredibly arrogant. Ian's responses were terse and uninformative. His inability to communicate in a timely and respectable manner is appalling to me. He displayed zero tact when discussing sensitive issues.Ian would only break his absolute radio silence to quickly & angrily respond to due criticism, going as far as to have one of his associates solicit us to remove the negative feedback without any effort to discuss or remedy the situation on Ian's behalf.Steer well clear of Blair Financial Services if you're hoping for something resembling a personable experience, as you will not find it here.
