We recently had our ensuite bathroom remodelled by Detailed Works on the recommendation of a trusted neighbour who is a retired interior designer who had used their services in the past. We are thrilled with the end result. Working with their designer Karina and the project supervisor Myles was a pleasure. They both communicated well with us regarding any issues, time lines etc., which made the process run smoothly. The very skilled on site crew, Mario and Lucas were very courteous and worked extremely clean, we never worried about how the job site was left at the end of the day. All of the sub-trades like the electrician, plumber, and glass installer were also very courteous, respecting the protocols in place during Covid. We have family members who are compromised during this pandemic and it was important to us that masking, distancing, and cleanliness were adhered to. We never worried about this issue. Over past 10 years Detailed Works has completed many millwork projects throughout our home. This includes our kitchen, bathrooms, walk in closets, home office, laundry room and specialty storage in our basement. We recently renovated our kitchen and were fortunate enough to be directed to Detailed Works Inc. by our contractor who had worked with them in the past. The contractor mentioned how responsive they were as well as having incredibly detailed and accurate plans for them to work with and I am happy to say we found both statements to be 100% true. The design was not a short process but Jonathan, Luis and in particular Megan were there for every call or email and worked with us to identify the ideal use of every inch of space while all the time keeping design aesthetics at the forefront. Extra visits were also made to ensure that measurements had been double and triple checked to negate issues at time of installation. We can't recommend Detailed Works enough to assist in bringing your vision to reality and the comments we have from family and friends on the stunning formation in the heart of our home is a testament to that.
