The driver was okay. The agent is unprofessional. I was told that I would be picked up within 15 minutes, I was still waiting after 30 minutes...I eventually have to walk to my destination. Very poor customer service.

Every time I call in the morning, I’m greeted by an unfriendly dispatcher, who sighed at me this morning and told me they were unavailable until 9:30-10 am.This is their excuse every time I need a cab in the morning for work. If this is the case, hire more people. Completely unimpressed with this company.

Normally This cab service is great Besides mild inaccurate wait times but today I called almost 2 hours ahead for a cab to prevent that. When the time came nobody was there and I had to call again. 20 minutes late and another customer called on the ride about them being late to pick them up as well and we were both late for work

No answer at 10:41pm. Repeated calls. Useless cabs if nobody will come!Edit: owner response that their driver 'didn't miss any calls' during the time that both the interested party and I both called them twice from their google link. I guess it could just be me. Bump to two stars for prompt reply showing an owner that cares.Still, we went with Universal.

Amazing service even on a busy Saturday night at 1:30am. They showed up in five minutes and the driver/owner was upbeat and happy. Drove us on the quickest route and was generally a good ride home.
