Relatively quick service even on busy spring and summer evenings when they are busy. Decent food. Clean. During my 30 minute meal they wiped tables twice.

I got two large blizzard from this store. One was choco brownie extreme and another was Oreo hot cocoa blizzard. I had these blizzards many times from different locations and they were so good with big chunks of chocolate, brownies and oreos in respective blizzard. But the one I bought from this store was horrible. There were hardly anything thing in it. It was more like just chocolate soft serve with hardly any bits and pieces of good stuff. Totally disappointed.

The staff member working refused to let me add fudge (obviously I’d pay for this addition) to my chocolate brownie extreme blizzard as “there is already fudge in it” (no joke this happened LOL), ironically when I received my order, the blizzard was less chocolatey than I’d ever seen it before, and it was also less thick than any blizzard I’ve ever received. I was disappointed but service was quite fast (maybe because it was made unprofessionally). The parking lot and exiting is kind of a mess and part of a busy street so I don’t find this convenient at all. Will avoid in the future

I love ❤️ Dairy Queen burgers. Something about the meat is just better than other fast food burgers, especially if you get flame broiled.

I am writing this review for Sam who made this beautiful birthday cake for my friend. He did the fantastic job at both cake decorating and customer service.A few days ago I told Sam I would like to have a baby koala bear on the cake. I even showed him some koala bear pictures I googled. He said he would find a good one for me.Today when I walked in to the store, Sam recognized my face immediately by telling his colleague to pick up the koala bear one for me before I asked. I was very impressed by his good memory. And then here came the birthday cake! The koala bear he drew is soooo cute and sooo adorable! It totally go beyond my expectation. WOW! My friend, the birthday girl was super happy to receive this birthday cake.Thank you so much Sam for the excellent customer service and outstanding cake decorating skills, we really appreciate that!

Went in to get a simple meal. Ordered honey garlic 4 piece chicken fingers with sweet and sour sauce and a large milkshake to go. Once I was done paying, I looked at the screen to see if the order was correct. He rang in regular chicken fingers. So I paid the extra $1.05 to get the proper ones. Got home with my meal and got ranch dressing. WARNING: if you go to this location, double check your order...
