Barclay Street Real Estate has been managing our property for almost 3 years.We have two high-rise towers that are joined by a large common area space housing a pool, gym and other amenities.Ours is a property that requires a lot of attention and Barclay Street has delivered exceptional service that has far exceeded our expectations, particularly with respect to their on-site team of building operators.I know of no other property management company that offers this level of daily on-site supervision of work by contractors as well as assisting in many of the other functions required to maintain safe and functional operations of our properties.We intend to be long-term clients of Berkeley Street and, without reservation, I would recommend Barclay Street to any condominium Board of Directors seeking superior management services.

Had a lovely experience with Myles at Barclay Street. Very professional, hard working and dedicated to assisting tenants with finding the right space for their commercial needs. He went above and beyond and put me in touch with an amazing contractor for a buildout and another banking contact who was able to secure business funding for me. He was very honest, extremely patient and selfless throughout my search which I appreciated and they would be my first choice for any future commercial needs.

Absolutely recommend!! Myles did an amazing job throughout the entire process of finding a location for our brand new retail space and we could not be more pleased. We truly felt taken care of as there was plenty of communication, prompt service, and our questions were always answered with consideration and fair recommendations. In fact, everyone we worked with at Barclay Street was professional, transparent, genuine, and friendly. Huge thanks to Myles and Murray for their collaboration and expertise!

Professionalism needs work. Notices sent to owners are often rescinded which gets very confusing. Owners inundated with spam emails from a building resident due to Barclay's carelessness. Not impressed.

We have worked with Barclay Street for several years. Jeff and his team have always been excellent to deal with. Their communication is great and they fully understand the importance of their buildings life safety system. I wish we could add more stars to this review. Keep up the good work Barclay Street team.

We have been in a Barclay Street managed building for 2 years. They have always been extremely professional to deal with, and address our concerns very quickly. Shirley and Tony take excellent care of our property, and have made it a very pleasant experience. I see their staff around our building regularly, and always feel like they care about the property.

Barclay Street Real Estate has been a vast improvement from our past property management companies! Nathalie has been a pleasure to deal with as she has a considerable amount of experience and knowledge of the industry, and she is always willing to work with our Board to determine the best solution for any items that arise. Required repairs are taken care of in a timely and professional manner and having a building operator completing weekly checks has definitely been a value add. Overall, they have been great to work with!

I have just taken possession of a unit managed by Barclay’s and have been amazed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the team. They have some real good people in office who are empathetic and would go an extra mile. I have had the chance to interact with Cassandra who not only answered my queries promptly but made me aware of other details of home ownership. I also had an emergency on possession day which she miraculously solved, saving my family from being stranded without a home. They could have easily brushed off my requests as it was not their responsibility, instead she was kind and actioned my request enabling us to take a smooth possession.
