This place is a good business the women here do there job and do it good. They stand by there words. Yes if you miss a payment or default on a loan of course they will call and find out how your going to pay it off you owe them money. How ever once you pay it off your more then welcome to reloan right away which is something I love. They are good people.

DO NOT USE. SCAMMERSTerrible, untrustworthy and damn right rude. These people have no concept of humanity, they are just money hungry animals. Their representatives get commission for making you pay on time, so they constantly hound you over and over and over even if you are one day late. I have never once had a bad experience with a loan company, until this pathetic excuse of a business. They make you sign everything super quickly, not giving you enough time to read the fine print. I had a $1000 loan, I made over 20 payments of $102.12 and they still claimed I owed them money. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Why is this business legal?

If I can give 0 stars to this location I would. The customer service was horrible. No one welcomed us to the branch and one black lady sitting upfront who was a rep was the most nastiest woman I dealt with. So damn rude with her ugly wig. She didn't let me speak. Didn't listen to my needs , didn't collect any information instead was in hurry to make a decision with little to no details provided. This stupid woman will hurt your business. I do not think you need someone like her to representative your company. If she hates her job that much she needs to go find another job where she doesn't have to service clients. Just absolutely an terrible experience. Regional so step in and give her some coaching. Branch manager didn't seem to care when I directed my concern. Very weak management.

I got a loan from these people which was great I was making payments up until some issues came up. They have sent emails on which I was unable to answer at that time. I then go to use my card today and get declined went and looked at my account it was cashco. I then decided to call them about the emails I had received from them saying I had until march 30 to make a payment and march 4 so much was coming our of my account and march 6 the remaining would come out it is march 5 today and they took money today so didn't follow any of the dates they provided. I got heated and said its unfair and I get hung up on. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
