service person did not show up on time. I called to find out their whereabouts 30 minutes after. Was told they were on their way a few times. No other information for arrival. This company does not respect your time. Decided to go with another company for my needs.

They DO repair the leak. However, failed the first time and CHARGED me for the second time I called them to come to fix the problem when they also did a sewer inspection.Low-quality repairs and rude customer service. If you must have them, considered count the time and check their reports after repairing.Overall disappointing.

We hired Westmount plumbing for a smoke test and repairs. Two men spent the day and claimed they fixed the problem. It was expensive--2400$--but we were glad to have it done. Four months later, and the problem is clearly not fixed. They haven't answered phone calls or emails for two weeks. A second plumber repeated the smoke test and found Westmount Plumbing missed multiple problems which should have been fixed. So poor service, terrible follow-up, and a total rip off. We will be taking it to the RBQ.

My mother hired this plumbing company for a water shut off valve leakage and did they a horrible job, not even one year later the valve is broken again. They did not fix it and they did not replace the the valve instead only patched it without notifying the client. My mom called back twice and they do not care. The director is also very rude on the phone, does not seem to want to help fix the issue. Beware, we do not recommend this company.

The service was okay many years ago. Lately it turned incredibly unprofessional with younger hires having little experience, which turned a minor repair into a $2000 work (1st visit estimate @$400). On top, the person on the phone would shout and scream at you depending on his mood.

Very professional and offered a good service. We had to get our drain pipe cleaned because it was blocked by gravel. They had to open a small section of the wall to get to the opening of the drain to remove the gravel. They made sure everything was clean before they left. Thank you Benoit and Farad.

The quality of the work was OK but it was very difficult to deal with the administration at Plomberie Westmount. It took many phone calls to schedule service, the main job we had done was left incomplete for 6 weeks even as I was told repeatedly that the remaining appointment would be scheduled soon (we'll call you back with the time soon" ... for over a month)
